Penn State Lancaster Freshman Send Off

Our annual Freshman Send Off gives Lancaster County students a chance to meet and greet others who are headed off to Penn State.  The sendoff is also a way for incoming freshmen to learn about the University from people who have already been down that path.  They’ll get “survival tips” from recent grads.  They’ll get advice from students who are currently enrolled, and they’ll have a chance to meet alumni who will relay their experiences and the impact that Penn State has had on their lives.  Last, but not least (and for sure the highlight of the event), they’ll be treated to world famous Berkey Creamery Ice Cream.

So if you or your student is headed off to Penn State, please join us.  The event is free, we just ask that you register in advance.  Get to know others, enjoy Creamery ice cream, and learn great tips on how to make the most of your Penn State Experience. Families welcome too!  We will be at Long’s Park in Pavillion #3

The event is free, kindly register by contacting Kathy Ross at 717 468-7582 or rnsproperty1@gmail.com
